Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at info@extremeexposure.co before sending any item back. Returns sent without authorization might be delayed or refused.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all parts, manuals, labels, and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Electrical items, special-order products, clearance items, custom products, and products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used are not returnable unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or sent incorrectly. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply when permitted, including returns involving supplier fees, opened packaging, or products that require additional inspection or repackaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly and keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials. Photos or other information might be required to process a carrier claim, replacement, or refund.
